How fast can you actually get here?
In Erie and the immediate townships, typically 45 minutes or less. Outlying Northwest PA areas like Warren, Titusville, and Grove City run longer. When you call, the dispatcher gives you a real ETA based on where the crew actually is — not a number off a script.
Will my homeowners insurance cover this?
Sudden and accidental water damage — a burst pipe, a failed water heater, a supply line letting go — is usually covered. Groundwater and surface flooding generally isn't, unless you carry a flood or water backup endorsement. We accept all carriers, document everything either way, and tell you up front what we think the claim will support.
What should I do in the first ten minutes?
Shut off the water main if it's a supply leak. Kill power to the affected area at the breaker if water is near outlets — but don't wade into standing water to reach the panel. Move what you can safely lift. Photograph everything before anyone touches it, then call.
How long does drying take?
Three to five days for most residential water losses. Equipment stays until moisture readings hit dry standard, not until a set number of days has passed — and you get the daily logs.
Do you charge for the estimate?
You get an on-site assessment and a written scope with no obligation to hire us. Mold assessments are $250, and that fee is credited back to your invoice if you hire us for the remediation. Lab analysis, when it is needed, is quoted separately.
