To dispatch a crew, schedule work, and communicate with you about your job.

Photographs of your property

Job photographs are taken as documentation and are part of the claim record. If we want to use a photograph of your property in marketing, on this website, or on social media, we ask you first and we do not include information identifying your address unless you say we may.

How long we keep it

Job records, documentation, and photographs are retained for as long as needed for warranty, insurance, licensing, and legal purposes, which is typically several years after the work is complete. Employment applications are retained on file so that we can consider you for future openings; tell us if you would rather we did not.
