FULL TIME · SEASONAL

What the work actually is

01Calls come at 2am. Not every night, but the phone is answered by a person and someone goes.
02It's physical. Wet carpet, crawlspaces, hauling equipment up stairs, respirators on mold jobs.
03You're in someone's house on a bad day. How you talk to them matters as much as the drying plan.
04Documentation is part of the job. Readings, photos, and logs, every day, because the claim depends on them.

Shield is an Erie company. There's no regional office deciding your schedule, and the owner is on jobs. If you do good work here, people notice.

Rather talk first?

Call and ask what a week looks like. If it's not for you, better to know before the paperwork.
